Shipping & Returns


You may order through our shopping cart or from sales agents at Bravo Music. Our shopping cart automatically processes credit cards, and also accepts deferred payments by check or cash. Contact Bravo Music directly for all Purchase Orders and special handling requests at the number and address below.


Products are shipped from our offices in Florida, and Japan as needed. While it is our desire to ship orders within one business day of receipt, printing and backorder issues and special handling requests could delay shipment up to seven business days. We will notify you of delays in excess of seven days.

Domestic Shipping (US and Canada) will be sent by USPS Airmail, Priority Mail, Express Mail, or Fedex Ground. Domestic orders typically take 2-5 days; Canadian customs clearance can add additional days. US orders will always have some form of delivery or tracking confirmation.


International Shipping is available with USPS Regular Air Mail and Express Air Mail. Please select one of the options offered, and remember that only Express Air Mail offers guaranteed delivery, usually within 5 business days.


Return Policy. Returns are limited to audio-visual products (CDs and DVDs) that our technicians determine have inherent manufacturing defects. Those products must be return postmarked within 15 days of purchase, and will be replaced with an identical product only, with no cash refunds. Return shipping is the purchaser's responsibility. Customer misuse or damage is not an "inherent defect." Our AV products are of consistently high quality, and have exhibited few, if any defects.
